RETURN POLICY

Per the Terms & Conditions, please advise the following:

Only products originally shipped from Core Materials or an authorized supplier will be considered for return or exchange.
Customer certifies that the products were purchased from the company and their has been no substitution for the product from another supplier or distributor.
The customer must return or express their desire to return within 10 days of receipt of material.
Specialty ordered items will incur a restocking fee expressed by Vendor's return policy.
Products must be in unused condition except if approved for failure analysis by a Company representative.
Partial returns will not be accepted unless approved by management.
Product must be returned in the original packaging.
Kits not returnable.
